I have had him for 6 years, it was time, he had to go. He was as big as a house. He was too big for everything. Letting him go was as hard as breaking down a tree with your hands. I was going to take him to a tower of giraffes. We were walking for a month of Sundays, it took ages, but we got there. I took the pink and white lead off, it was as pink and white as a candy cane. I was so gutted to let him go but it had to happen. I let him go to the tower of giraffes, where he started to graze. He looked so happy.
We are learning to use similes and quick write we had to write a story using similes and here is mine
